I am based in Berlin. My two areas of expertise are a matter of perspective, focus and creativity. The claim to create newness within media formats is labor- and staff-intensive and thus requires targeted coordination. So not only in production itself I establish an environment for efficient processes but also in a broader way.

For two years I initiated, developed, and changed processes and communication structures @UFA. I developed a diversity and inclusion commitment which was the first of its kind in any German media company.

As a creative producer my aim is to produce content in which empowered and inclusive stories are explored. As an organizational developer I create structures in companies where this will be possible.
